their systems without ever requesting technical
support from us.
BootMaster,
however, does not perform magic, and we
occasionally encounter problems which are not
repairable by BootMaster or any other third party
utility.
Our
"Try Before You Buy" and "No Risk
Guarantee"
policies represent our effort to deal honestly
and ethically with our customers.
Simply
stated, our "No Risk Guarantee" means
that we will refund the full registration price
of your BootMaster disk if it is unable to
perform the repairs it was designed to perform.
To
invoke the policy, simply send us an email request including a
description of the problem, a brief history of
actions you have taken, and a diagnostic report file for the drive involved.
If we
determine that the problem is not repairable, we
will issue a refund immediately.
If we
determine that the problem can be repaired
through support intervention, you agree to
work with us to that end.
Exception:
This policy covers only BootMaster products
registered under the "Personal"
license. We will consider refund requests for
"Unrestricted" licensed products on a
case by case basis.
